Textile World – Fogco Unveils Revolution Humidification System

Fogco Systems, Inc, Chandler, Arizona, now offers the Revolution overhead climate control system to provide the optimum relative humidity in textile plants and other facilities. The new system creates a fine mist and directs it by means of a focused air stream using an integrated horizontal fan, providing continuous 360 degree humidification and airflow and allowing the fog to cover up to 10,000 cubic feet and humidify up to five times the volume of air as conventional static line misting systems, while using less water.

According to Fogco, installation of the Revolution system, similar to that for a ceiling fan, requires less labor and about 90 percent less time than installation of a static line system.

The system can be used with any Fogco pulley-driven or direct-drive 1,000 psi fog pump and can be fitted with a range of fogco nozzles to meet particular specifications.
