INTEGRATED CLIMATE CONTROL
To accommodate the operational advantages of the Revolution, Fogco has developed the Integrated Climate Control System (ICCS). The ICCS is a completely integrated and automated fog system and is ideal for both cooling and humidification applications. This system includes a pump, a series of Revolution fans, and a FOGCOntroller.
The pump range includes fully enclosed or open-stand mounted pulley driven pumps. This custom pump range comes standard with an inlet solenoid valve, a thermal relief valve, a low water safety switch, a pressure unloader/bypass valve, glycerin filled pressure gauge, panel mount switch, and hour meter. The pumps can be designed and built with the addition of a high pressure fault switch, delay timers, zone and drain valves, and a variety of other operational components. The system can accommodate power supplies from 115V/1 Phase to 575V/3 Phase in both 50Hz and 60Hz
The Revolution fan is hung to any overhead structure like a ceiling fan or mounted to a specially designed portable stand. It includes a dual hertz motor and is available in 115V and 230V. The unit will provide 2100 cubic feet per minute of air flow.
The controller can be programmed to operate based on humidity alone, temperature alone, or humidity and temperature together. The controller provides two separate relay switches with delayed start and delayed stop capability.
