Fogco Prefabricated Stainless Steel tubing and
double ferruled high pressure compression fittings
are designed for the ultimate in quality and
durability. Fogco’s proprietary fitting design and
the computerized robotic welding process
ensure consistent, high quality welds that are
the best in the industry.
When used with our PREMIUM & CERTIFIED
SERIES fog pumps and compression fittings, this
tubing represents the highest quality materials
available for installation of a high-pressure fog
system. This 300 Stainless Steel, is a rigid line
rated in excess of 3000 PSI. It comes in standard
20’ lengths and 3/8" O.D. with 1/2", 3/4",
and 1" O.D. sizes available. Pre-fabricated
options include 3/8” and 1/2” O.D. with 18, 24
or 30 inch nozzle spacing and available in 10’ or
20’ lengths. Custom sizes and configurations
are available. Powder coating is recommended
for a professional finish.
Fogco has recently developed a larger stainless
steel nozzle fitting for the 1/2" prefabricated
stainless steel fog lines. The new fitting provides
a larger through hole than the old prefabricated
fitting thereby reducing pressure loss while
increasing flow capacity by 50%.
BRASS AND STAINLESS STEEL COMPRESSION FITTINGS
The Fogco line of compression fittings is available in brass or stainless steel. They are high pressure double ferruled fittings with an operating pressure of 3000 psi and can be used with nylon, copper, or stainless steel tubing.
